IMATEC’s Sponsorship of the Annual Conference of the Syrian Society of Medical Imaging Technicians

In January 2023, IMATEC participated as a sponsor of the Annual Conference of the Syrian Society of Medical Imaging Technicians. During this event, IMATEC delivered a lecture titled “Linear Accelerators and Their Role in Radiotherapy,” showcasing its dedication to advancing medical imaging and radiotherapy in Syria.

The conference also featured contributions from the Atomic Energy Commission and Al-Bairouni Hospital, which also have presented scientific lectures highlighting advancements in the field. Attendees included a diverse audience of physicians, medical physicists, radiology technicians, and students from the Medical and Health Institutes in Damascus. By engaging collaboration between various institutions, IMATEC reinforced its commitment to support and provide knowledge-sharing platforms for healthcare professionals in Syria.
