IMATEC’s Contribution at the Syrian Annual Neurosurgery Conference

In November 2021, IMATEC participated in the Syrian Annual Neurosurgery Conference. Collaborating with Dr. Mohammed Kadri,IMATEC delivered an insightful lecture introducing        HyperArc, a cutting-edge solution designed to enhance the precision and efficiency of radiosurgery.

This achievement followed the installation of the first TrueBeam system at Al-Bairouni Hospital, Harasta site, equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, such as the 6 Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) robotic couch and the high-definition multi-leave collimator (HD MLC) for unparalleled precision in radiation delivery.

By integrating these advanced features with the HyperArc software, the TrueBeam accelerator offers the ability to perform stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) sessions with remarkable ease, efficiency, and precision. This not only optimizes treatment time but also sets a new standard for the delivery of advanced radiotherapy in Syria.
